Shipping and Return Policies Please read carefully.

Welcome to our shopping cart site. We have occasionally had some difficulties with our order form. Please double check your receipt. Your receipt will be the same as ours. Print it out or save it as confirmation. You will not get a future E-mail confirmation of your order. But will get tracking conformation from Fed Ex when your items are shipped.

If you find that shipping is not added in, we do charge for shipping on all orders. So if you did not choose a shipping option we will charge you accordingly. If the shipping is xxxxx out we will notify you of the shipping charges before we ship to you. If the order is not correct please just put a note in the message box and we will correct this for you and notify you of the correct charges. Thank you for your order and your patience.

All U.S. Residents first choice of shipping should be Ground UPS. BUT we will ship all orders FED EX

Fed Ex insures all packages under $100.00 without charge. If you package is over $100.00 Please add insurance. Or if the packaged is lost or damaged you will not be fully reimbursed.

All Over seas shipments will be shipped by Global Priority with insurance Our website at this time may not be current on this and we are working to update it. We will contact you with the shipping rate after you place the order. If the charges that come up are correct we will ship out your order, if the shiping is not correct we will notify you before we ship the products and tell you the correct charges before you are charged anything.

We cannot guarentee that all products will be accepted into your country. We are not resposible if your countries customs,will not accept the products in. We will however do any paperwork to help you get the products into your country.

No Arisol can be shipped by Air in the US or outside the US.

If you are shipping next day air, 2nd day air , You must have your order in by noon central standard time, to go out on the same day. Otherwise call the store at 1-866-LDC-Dogs to place a quick order.

FED Ex does not count Saturday or Sunday as Delivery days for business or Sunday and Monday as delivery days for homes. (ie if you order on Friday before noon,next day will be Monday or Tuesday.)

Please double check your address Fed Ex charges $10.00 for any error in the address.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card the error fee, if it was your error on the order form.

If you are using your own account for shipping payment and it is not correct we will charge your credit card the shipping charges plus whatever chargeback charges UPS charges us for incorrect account numbers. Please double check your orders!

A1 Pet Supply Return Policy

All Returns and exchanges must be unused products.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date with receipt. Customer pays all shipping charges.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on any items returned without exchanging them for another item.

No returns on any Electronic Equipment including clippers, collars and dryers, or on scissors, As well as Any Special orders that we may do for the customers.

If the products are defective. Call the store 1-262-549-7773 and we will instruct you on how to proceed, as each Manufacture handles defective merchandise differently. We will make sure that you are satisfied with your products.

If we make a mistake in shipping your order or on a product. Call us at 1-866-LDC- Dogs and we will issue a call tag and send out the product you ordered.
